Returns & Exchanges
Term of exchange, return and repentance

The product must be exchanged or returned in its original packaging, accompanied by purchase invoices, labels, tags and without any indication of use.

ATTENTION: Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted as an exchange or return and will automatically be returned to the address without prior consultation.

If at the time of delivery of the product the packaging is damaged, refuse the receipt and notify us immediately through our Service Center by email atendimento@brasil70bikini.com.br or by phone (62) 3945.5170 (Monday through Friday) from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm).

Please be advised that it is currently not possible to exchange the product in one of our physical stores.

Do not send the merchandise without contacting our service center.

In order for us to perform the procedures for your exchange, it is MANDATORY that an email to us is sent to atendimento@brasil70bikini.com.br requesting the same, with the order information and CPF number of the buyer.

Exchanges:

• The Brasil 70 bikini Online offers the customer the right to exchange 30 days after receiving the product to make any change of products, whether by another model, size or color.

• In order to perform the exchange, the customer must contact our Customer Service Center, to receive the appropriate instructions

• If the exchange is due to defect of manufacture and the same has been verified at our distribution center as appropriate, the value of freight to ship the products will not be charged from the buyer and you will receive a purchase voucher in the amount of your purchase.

• The customer can choose the same product or other as available in our virtual store using the purchase voucher. If there is a price difference for more, the customer must pay the difference with one of the payment options available at the time of purchase. The voucher can only be used once.

• The validity of the purchase voucher will be 60 days from the date of its generation.

Return for repentance, withdrawal or manufacturing defect:

The deadline for requesting the refund of the return value is 07 days after receipt of the product, following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code. The refund process due to the withdrawal of the purchase will only begin after receipt of the product at our distribution center and checking of its conditions.

The request must be made through our Call Center.

The amount will be fully refunded.

In the event of an unintended return - Postal service In case of a return by the Post Office, in orders validating "invalid address", "unknown recipient", "moved", "owner not found" or similar situation, the customer's responsibility .

Refund of Values ​​- Credit card: a total or partial cancellation / cancellation of the transaction will be made with the credit card company. The reversal may occur in two subsequent invoices.

ATTENTION: The return of the values ​​will be processed only after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product (s) in our distribution center.
